Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days.

We send DPD by couriers and their pick up stations

Delivery by courier within 1-2 working days - 5eur, regardless of the quantity. When the amount of the order exceeds 45 euros, shipping does not cost

Delivery by Dpd ATM within 1-2 working days - 3.5eur regardless of quantity. When the amount of the order exceeds 45 euros, shipping does not cost. If you choose delivery by DPD post office, your selections will be sent to the nearest post office to your address. In this case, if the nearest one is not the most convenient for you, enter the address of a suitable post office in the address field or by e-mail in reply to the order confirmation letter.

There is no charge for packaging and heaters used during the cold season.

Please note that shipping and delivery times may vary during the cold season. When the temperature is lower than -5 degrees at any time of the day, the sending of orders is suspended. Unfortunately, in this case, we cannot guarantee the safe delivery of flowers.

In the cold season, we strongly recommend choosing courier delivery, by choosing an ATM we will not be able to guarantee you the safety of live plants. Order cancellation

Cancellation of a paid order for personal reasons is subject to an administrative fee to cover the costs of the collectors.
